The Warranty Claim Portal is used to define alleged deficiencies related to the quality; reliability, safety, effectiveness, or performance of a product.
Going forward, the GPS warranty process will validate the warranty period and provide a prepaid return shipping label in response to a claim. All products will be returned and inspected prior to issuing a replacement unit. Further details of the process are posted on the rep login website.
